1. Tianjin FAW Products R&D Center (Its predecessor is Automobile Research Institute of Tianjin City) was built in May,1978
2. It is located in Science and Technology Park of Nankai District of Tianjin City;
3. It is the R&D Base of Economical Passenger Car of FAW Group
4. It is a national professional technology core unit;
