Under the joint investment of Tianjin FAW XIALI Automobile Co., Ltd. and Japan Kobe Marine Shipping Co., Ltd., Tianjin Litong Logistics Co., Ltd. was registered and founded in the Tianjin Economic & Technological Development Zone in 1997, featuring a registered capital of 6 million USD and an investment proportion of 6:4. In July, 2006, it passed the GB/T19001-2000 idt ISO 9001:2000 and GB/T28001-2001 certification tests.

The company mainly engages in the business of marine transportation services, customs clearance, road transportation, container deposit, warehousing and distribution. It has set up a closely cooperative relationship with Tianjin FAW XIALI Automobile Co., Ltd., Tianjin FAW Toyota Motor Co. Ltd. and Tianjin FAW Toyota Engine Co., Ltd., achieving mutual benefits and sharing gains or advancements; moreover, it can match the production of Tianjin FAW Toyota Motor Co., Ltd. 24 hours/day in terms of pre-production logistics management (including container deposit management, in-store standard container management, and logistics distribution), and imported equipment storage and custody.

The company boasts a staff team of 170 and a total floor space of 76,000 m2, mainly consisting of three operational sites:

Operational site in Xiqing:

The site is located in the Zhongbei Industrial Park, Xiqing District, Tianjin, and adjoins to the Outer Ring Road and Jinyang Road, boasting a convenient transportation, and has a floor area of about 20,000 m2.

Operational site in the Economic & Technological Development Zone:

Founded at No.90, Haitong Street, Economic & Technological Development Zone in early 2007, this site features a favorable geographic location, a floor space of 40,000 m2, an annual container yard area of 15,000 m2; storage capacity of up to 30,000TEU and a warehouse area of 11,000m2.

Operational site in Yangliuqing:

Located in Yangliuqing Industrial Park, Xiqing District, this site was put into operation in early 2007, featuring a warehousing area of about 6,700 m2.
